Hemlut Lang SS 1999 denim jacket

- S/XS - This is without a doubt the most beautiful denim jacket I’ve ever owned it doesn’t even fit me and it hurts to even think about selling this piece, crated just before the turn of the century in the spring of 1999 this jacket was intended for the runway but was swapped out for the brown variant at the last moment. This indigo denim is probably older than you, turning 27 this year, it out dates the Iphone, the sopranos, its older than Peter from family guy and darth mall in the phantom menace and mf SpongeBob mf square pants it’s even older than the Scottish parliament so it’s fair to say this denim has lived a life, with this life it’s has picked up the most gorgeous distressing and patina each mark scuff rip and tare telling its own unique storys and tales. from the subtle whiskering on the arms to the aggressive slash across the neck area this jacket is perfectly imperfect. nothing can be replicated, recreated or replaced without another 27 years of ware n tare and even then it will never be the same, im sad to let this jacket go but I can’t stand to see it hanging in my cupboard collecting dust it needs to continue living! so if you fancy seeing what it will look like after another 27 years of ware this is your chance - all flaws photographed -
